2. I think the simple excision surgery would be best for Bill. Because, the cancer has not yet spread to other parts of his body. Also during this procedure they remove some healthy skin around the site too just in case it did happen to leave some active cites behind.

I agree, again surgery is the most efficent option. and this specfic excersion surgery is also the most rational decision so even if there are left over cells they will be observed.
I agree, surgery would be the best option because it causes the least amount of side effects.
I agree, bacause it will remove the whole melanoma and sotp from spreadong it.
